PRIVATE HOME OWNERS

Our friendly office team will answer your call/enquiries promptly and efficiently. Ensuring we ask the right questions to deal with your works in the most efficient way. If you are an existing customer all your information will be at a click of a button so no need for it to be a hassle.
Depending on the works required our office team will ensure you are fully aware on how the pricing works, or they will let you know if we need to see it first for a quotation or if a survey is needed.
Should it not be a free quotation our office team will confirm a suitable payment method for you to secure the booking.
We will give you an appointment slot with a time window of 2-4 hours. (depending on the time in the day and current schedule.) RyGas will always try and cater to individual needs where possible.
Our engineer who specialises in the area of expertise you require, will arrive promptly and as prepared as possible to carry out the works required.
RyGas use A-Rated software to communicate with our engineers ensuring we can track progress, job notes and the time spent on site.
RyGas can send e-copies of invoices, job notes & any certification after our visit.
Should any further works be required after our initial visit RyGas ensure that any quotations & job notes are sent as quickly as possible. We make sure you are kept in the loop and works are completed as smoothly as possible.
Once the works are completed RyGas are always there to provide any advice or assistance required should you come into any difficulty. All works are logged and notes kept on a secure system. We know that building a long lasting relationship isn’t just about at the point of works.

We can contact your tenant directly to arrange a suitable date/time to visit with a time window of 2-4 hours. This is dependent on the time in the day and the current schedule. RyGas will always try and cater to individual needs where possible.
Once confirmed we will update you so you know when we are attending.
Our engineer, who specialises in the area of expertise you require, will arrive promptly and as prepared as possible to carry out the works required.
RyGas use A-Rated software to communicate with our engineers ensuring we can track progress, job notes and the time spent on site. This means you can contact us at any point for an update or you will receive all the necessary information about what was carried out at your property.
RyGas can send e-copies of invoices, job notes & any certification after our visit. This means you can receive your landlord gas safety certificates within the same day and they will not be misplaced.

RyGas use A-Rated software so we can monitor our engineer’s location, job notes & time spent on site, ensuring accurate information & invoicing for you to pass on to your customer. It also provides you with key updates so you know whether a job is completed or needs a follow on. Less time is spent your end and your customers are kept informed.
RyGas engineers are fully qualified and accredited in their field of expertise. They are regularly monitored and we provide training where necessary to keep them constantly evolving and improving. All of RyGas operatives maintain our codes of conduct when dealing with tenants or third parties such as:
RyGas also provide our account customers the opportunity to pay via BACS transfer with the invoices to be paid within 30 Days of the works being carried out. This leaves you time to recover the costs rather than our non-account customers where payment is due on immediate completion.
We provide a 24 Hour Service for emergencies* that gives you peace of mind out of normal hours. Once again with this service we use our initiative to work how you would want us to. We ensure there are no silly out of hours’ emergency visits.
